I’ve been with Chaz for a few years and she does her best to keep me within reasonable premiums. I know she’s had issues with phone services but she keeps me informed on the changes within the agency to insure that I remain a valued client and am never in doubt. Of course I appreciate her efforts from herself and her team as they are great at communicating information pertaining to my inquires. I love how personable her team is whenever we speak, and they are extremely knowledgeable of their products so I’m never second guessing about what I have. YOUR goes above and beyond for me, and for that I am willing to bring forth more business because I know that it will be in good hands.

Okay… here we go, because I’ve had several bad experiences with this establishment. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I will call and call & my call is never returned. I then will have to call & follow up again before being called back. This has happened many times & there’s always an excuse that Chaz was out of the office. Are there not measures in place for someone else to get the messages? If not totally closed down & she’s out for an extended period, something else should be in place. Next, I’ve been quoted and told the wrong information by Mary, and I’m the one stuck left holding the bag. She doesn’t pay attention to detail & is careless.
