Tried to gaet a quote from them .she told me she'd call back.a week later still no call .tried to call back 2/10/26 still waiting. Don't waist your time .

They only help "family" went there a few years back with a friend who's Mexican and got a great quote. Went there today by myself and it was doubled what I paid before. Ive never gotten into any accidents and havent had a ticket over 5 years.

I came to the office on Michigan Ave Saturday morning were I always go to make my payment. Glory was there to assist me. Well will Glory was helping she noticed that my insurance had been canceled. Because I had looked at the letter wrong. Glory was so very nice and patient with assisting me to find another policy that was way better then what I had she was fantastic. Thank you

My 2nd time visiting this office. Always a pleasant experience with ASHLEY. She’s very fast and efficient did I mention SWEET! Office is clean and comfortable with hospitable vibes. They truly make you feel like family! I’ll always recommend them!
