Avoid this place if you can. On December 4, 2025 at 1:38pm I call to get a quote for a hazard insurance with Natalie Ventura. The lady who took my call told me that Natalie is the only one who deals with home insurances and she would call back, which never happened. On Dec 9,2025 at 1:45pm I call again and I was told the same thing, On Dec 10, 2025 at 2:46pm same thing. They are very irresponsible.

Been trying to call all morning and no one will answer the phone. My insurance has been inactive for a day when I thought there was a 10 day grace period. Usually my insurance bill gets deducted automatically from my account. I wasnt warned or anything. Trying to get in touch and no one will answer the phone.

I needed help from them. They have their office in psl blvd closed and the one in us1 closed everyday. When you call, no one to help you.

Called several times. NO reply.

Pretty efficient just wish they did better with answering the phone . If you need help ask for Lisbeth Gonzales . Every time I need her assistance she delivers and gives me useful information . She just saved me an extra $100 a month on auto insurance.
