Terrible experience. Allstate sent cancellation notice within two weeks of homeowner's coverage after self-guided inspection showed ivy growing on exterior wall. Even falsely claimed an "inspector visited the property" though it was clearly the photo I had submitted. Ivy was easily removed. Agent committed to following up but never heard back from anyone on the team. Follow Up: Thank you for taking the feedback seriously, and I hope it will lead to improvement. I only wanted you to do what you said you would do, and that is to let me know what needed to be done to keep my coverage. You committed to do that in a July 14 email. That was the last I heard from you. My follow up email requests went unanswered. And the only phone call I received was to ask for more business, like bundling auto

I don't understand why my rates keep creeping up when I've had a perfect driving record, didnt add any additional coverage or change policies. I dont think that's putting the customer in good hands.

Finally got a call back and we got things taken care of. Very happy with my experience!

If possible, I would give zero starts rating! It was one of the worst experience with this office. Insurance was cancelled without any notification. When contacted the agency, they denied any miss understanding and they didn't take any responsibility for their mistakes and incompetence. Do not deal with this agent and do not insure anything without hard email confirmations and paperwork.

We had a terrible experience with this agency. Upon cancelation, my wife wrote a negative review that they had taken down claiming she never had a policy, even though it was jointly owned. Here is her post: Never returns calls. This agency has caused us so much stress in the 5 years we've been policy holders with them. The office will not answer questions. After damage to our house they would not provide any guidance and told us to call the 1-800 number and open a claim which resulted in a non renewal of our home policy. They then messed up our policy term dates and were inaccessible when we attempted to contact them to correct during normal business hours.
