Emily Rivera has been my agent for more than 10 years and her office has always handled my home and car policies promptly and with professionalism. An actual human answers the phone in the office and most times they settle your issue immediately! I recommend them! When I first signed with Emily she did some digging and found some great discounts that my previous State Farm agent had missed. I'm very satisfied with their office.

Jo Hernandez displayed the knowledge of her product and how to use it to benefit me and my family. While my previous insurance company had the opportunity to retain my business they made no effort to make my bill more manageable, even after several inquiries. A friend referred me to Jo after her hard work and knowledge in assisting him with his auto policy. She was creative and innovative and was able to save us several hundreds of dollars a year in insuring 2 vehicles and an annual rental policy. In today's climate of online everything, endless black holes of automated systems and/or overseas support, I place great value on having a knowledgeable and actual human being to speak with for our insurance needs. Emily and her team have always been incredibly responsive and eager to ensure that our policies are best aligned with our ever-changing needs. Rental properties, teenaged drivers, etc. present unique challenges but Emily has always worked to make me feel confident that we have the best coverage to weather any unfortunate or unforeseen event. Insurance is a necessary evil that you hope to not have to use but when you need it you need it. I sleep really well knowing that I have Emily's office to lean on should I ever need to call on them.

Emily started coming into our Restaurant and offered to prepare a quote for our insurance. It proved to be substantially lower than what we were paying. Our “old” policy was very expensive, no personal contact, and almost impossible to understand. Emily’s policy was short, concise, and easy to understand.
