They referred me to Hodge LAW FIRM who took 60% of the settlement which left me with out enough to fix my roof. No help from them at all on help from rge attorney they referred me to, I hade to hit a star, should be oooooo

It started when Allstate denied my roof claim for hail damage. My roofer suggested I try a public adjuster, so I hired Elliott Claim Services. Over the course of a few months they tried to get Allstate to approve the claim but didn't get ANY results. The PA doesn't have any real power, so Allstate basically ignored them. Eventually they gave up and said I should hire an attorney. I did hire an attorney, and through the attorney we eventually mediated with Allstate and I settled on a fair price for the roof claim. The reason I'm giving Elliott Claim Services 1 star is because they didn't get any results but still got 10% of the payout I received. The amount is several thousand dollars which I don't think they earned, and it leaves me less money to actually get my roof replaced. If Elliott

Two years later and they got their 10% cut from our settlement and all they did was not answer the phone and do one inspection. Dont do it. I don’t recommend them.
