Yes, too good to be true. When call Webster Grove office, they ask all kinds of personal information including DOB, deductibles and auto information to quote home/car discount. ALL required by reputable insurance companies to quote HO. Flyer states Nationwide. "Specialist" says they represent Commercial Insurance that is part of Nationwide? They eventually email the more realistic quote that is TWICE the $1339 bait offer in flyer. IF you can save insurance with this process, you are definitely paying too much for HO. General advice for "looks to be too good to be true" is "Caveat Emptor" meaning Buy
