Dwayne Stevens: Allstate Insurance

If I could do 0 stars I would. Paid for 1 year in full, after the 1 year was up they renewed my policy and waited 3 months to call me stating I had an outstanding bill. So I explained, I only wanted 1 year and it was paid in full and I never renewed my policy. The lady on the phone said she understood and would take care of it. 2 months later I receive a collection notice, which I called them right away and for 3 days in a row told they are working on it. I called the 4th day the lady supposedly working on it after 3 days had little to no information on what was going on and said someone would call me back the following day. Once again received no call so I called back and I get the run around with numbers and voicemails to call and told well they gave me that coverage so there was nothing

We have never experienced the attentive detail that we received with the Allstate people. Everyone we had dealt with was professional, courteous, and provided us with rapidly resolution to our claim. Pretty much handled the claim in 48 to 72 hours.

So far I’ve had a good experience. Although at first when I got the drivewise device hooked to my vehicle it caused my battery to go dead and I had to get a new battery because of that. Other that that I love Allstate. Thank you for being such and awesome company

Dwayne and his wife own and operate this business. My insurance rates went down after moving to them. They are very attentive to our needs and great to do business with. Highly recommend them! :)

Very pleased with this Allstate office. They saved me money on my RV insurance and my car insurance. Jonathan is very professional and works hard to keep me happy!! I highly recommend them!
