I was in the market for a different auto insurance policy and ended up speaking to Doug from Allstate. First off, the rate was a lot better than I’ve ever had and secondly Doug was so nice and did exactly what he said he’d do and went the extra mile for me as I’m not so great with documents and things like that. He was extremely well mannered and patient and got the job done. I’m looking to bundle other members of my family and also home insurance with him with him in the near future as I’m sure the rate will be affordable.
