We have been using this office for several years now for my husband's company's Liability Insurance, and the service has been excellent. Donna and Alana are very efficient and are always willing to help us whenever we need them.

I have been a customer of this agency for decades and I could not recommend them more highly. The staff, particularly Liz, are always helpful, available, and very competent. They have always taken care of any issues, claims, or insurance needs that I have had. I recommend them unreservedly.

Outstanding customer service! Recently I had to assist my elderly mother (93) with some issues related to her State Farm property insurance policy -- honestly, I was not at all optimistic given some past experiences with insurance companies. Well, thankfully Liz was able to get the issue dealt with much to my mother's satisfaction. Liz was not only helpful, but she listened carefully in order to fully understand our concerns, provided great counsel and ultimately was able to resolve the issue and achieve a great result in a very timely manner. Insurance isn't something I have very much interest in. So when it comes to adding, updating or changing my policy I'm thankful for Chip Ott and his team, because every single person I've dealt with in the office over the last 16 years has made the process so easy, quick and simple that I thank them for allowing me to spend my time on things I actually enjoy.
