I love State Farm and it's agents. Especially Mrs.Contessa Jones who went over and beyond to help me with a situation with my rental property without me even having to ask. It’s rare to find insurance agents who genuinely cares about their clients. I've never had a agent to do what she did for me today. Greatly appreciated. 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌🏿.

When I became a Statefarm policy holder I was with a different agent. Several years ago I was moved to Sumlin and her team and at that time it was hard to get in touch with the agent, I submitted a claim and was unable to get any of my questions answered. Since then the Sumlin team has improved significantly. Contessa and Trenashia are friendly, answer questions with expert knowledge, and follow up as necessary with answers they can’t provide.

I'm glad that I signed up with State Farm car insurance. It didn't take much to convince me to switch my insurance over to this company. Trenashia, the agent I spoke with gave me an awesome insurance rate for my vehicle which was much better than what another company was looking to charge me. I even think she went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.
