Do no sign up! Website is horrible to navigate. I have been locked out of my account since July of 2025. I was stuck in a log in loop of wrong password or wrong email but it was always the right credentials. They are saying i have to back pay it all to have it reinstated. This problem has been on going and i have found no solution. I understand i would be paying for the services i would have received but i didn’t receive them! They just keep telling me to pay them to be reinstated. But i was told they were reinstating my account forever ago so i could pay the bill. Then i wouldn’t have accumulated all of this debt. Worst company ever and just money hungry.
I don't bother posting one star reviews because I think it is a waste of time. Everybody has a bad experience from time to time. I generally like to give the benefit of the doubt, but this company is an absolute tragedy when it comes to fixing their issues. I had to upgrade my plan because my dentist no longer accepted the plan I had. That's when the issues started with my account. For months their payment portal was down. From August through October. I called at least twice per month to explain they were having issues with the payment portal. I opened several 'cases'. No lie, when I would call back after trying to submit my payment only to get an error message. I cleared my cookies, and my cache. I tried from my phone and my PC. This insurance company deserves 0 stars. I wonder why nobody has opened a lawsuit against this scam yet. I’ve paid my premium regularly but after three months they still have not sent me a member ID. Their customer service people are rude, impolite and unprofessional.
My credit card had gotten compromised back in July. I thought I had updated all of my information, but unfortunately I did not do my dental insurance. So I ended up owing 3 months. Once I was able to get the check to them they reinstated my plan. My only complaint was that they did not notify me about my plan going inactive. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
I attempted the process of trying to secure a letter of termination and outline of coverage after my company was fully dissolved and I lost my job. In the process of this, the following utterly insane story happened. 1. Called in, was told to contact my broker to get these things, but the broker won't talk to us because we are no longer a client. So, they put in an order for me to have the docs emailed. They gave me an order number, and said they marked it urgent. More than a week passes, nothing happens. 2. Called in again, got an extremely rude representative who informs me that no order was placed during the previous call. That means either this person was lying, or they gave me A BOGUS ORDER NUMBER.
