I just moved into Massachusetts, and this company helped me quickly and efficiently get insured. George was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I have no complaints.

Horrific. Walsh happily took my payments but when I had a claim he was NOT an advocate for me. The antithesis of an advocate. Walsh said it was "personal" between myself and the adjuster. The adjuster waited 3 months to issue payment and then declared $1500 as loss. Personal? Try professionally incompetent. I needed an advocate in Walsh and he slithered away. I ended up receiving over 20K from insurance and they waived the deductible given the lack of professionalism that characterized my claim.

I've been with them over 20 years you think I would keep them if they stunk I don't give anyone a five no one's perfect

Mike is excellent. Very efficient and easy to work with. They always take great care my insurance needs.
