There was no sales pressure at all, just a straightforward conversation. I waited until my policy was about to expire to get a quote, which turned out to be a mistake. I could have done this sooner and let David’s office take care of canceling my old policy and requesting the refund. It’s nice working with a local agent who’s responsive and genuinely helpful, instead of being passed around a call center. David is just a solid, trustworthy guy who does things the right way.
