I’ve never had a bad experience with Jessica at State Farm. She’s consistently professional, incredibly friendly, and just genuinely easy to work with. Every interaction feels effortless, and she always makes sure I fully understand my options without any pressure or confusion. What really stands out is her level of care. She has personally called me to let me know when I qualified for a rate decrease; something most agents would never take the time to do. She’s always understanding, patient, and proactive, which makes a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who makes insurance feel simple and stress-free, but Jessica does exactly that. Love Beth Thomey state farm. She's always been great with us, we temporarily had to switch insurance providers, but went back upon buying a house. Her staff is super friendly (especially Mia). Great to work with and would recommend.

Mrs Beth and her office are next to none. I have gotten nothing but TOP TIER customer service no matter what I have going on. The ladies have me covered, even stupid questions get an immediate and measured response. They truly want to make sure their customers are taken care of. I would give them 10/10 stars if I could. I don’t want to drop names because I don't want to exclude anyone, but names that rhyme with Mia and Amanda might be at the top of the customer service tier. Thank you ladies !!!
