Went for a price quote, gave the information and they gave a much higher rough estimate than their competitors No customer service or thought to want to add us as a customer. We never received a phone call back. Found better service elsewhere with still being a preferred customer and better rate.

10 years ago, I was in need of full service insurance. Dan was a client and I asked to provide me a quote. Being able to shop several sources, he place me with Safeco insurance. I was able to up my limits and also bought an umbrella policy. It is always nice to have someone local that I can call whenever I have insurance questions. If you are looking for insurance, beware of the national sales companies. Many times they will quote a rate that seems to good to be true. Make sure to compare apples to apples. If it seems to good to be true, then chances are it is.

They have always been nice and acomadating to me anytime I need help with a question or problem they have always been there ready to help me figure it out i have been with them off and on for over 30 yrs now and would refer them to anyone that needs insurance they try their best to help find what best works for ur situation thank u for always being available and taking the time to do all u can for ur customers we do so appreciate yall

Made auto insurance an easy situation. Always helped with good quotes, and found affordable policy for myself and family. Highly recommend!
