I have been very pleased with this State Farm Agency. Jake has been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable every step of the way. I had a lot of questions and wanted to explore various options, Jake made the process fun and educational. It takes us a while to decide switching our insurance coverage due to various reasons, Jake has been very communicative and understanding. He is also responsible in terms of providing quotes and scheduling/keeping appointments with me. I truly appreciate his kindness and support. I feel that we are in good hands having Jake to take care of our insurance.

I have been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. My latest experience with them reinforced why I have never left. When it looked like State Farm might not be able to do a homeowners binder in time for my closing, I was forced to get quotes from others. Although the homeowners was comparable, the auto quote was almost twice the cost. Fortunately, Jake Pugh in Amber's office kept in constant contact with the underwriters and we were able to bind in time for my closing and wasn't forced to have my policies split between carriers. Bonnie was a refreshing change. She was easy to talk to, patient, and exceptionally knowledgeable.
