Competitive Insurance Agency

I came to florida to live here in Haines city and family recommended them , Do Not i repeat do not go here if you are new to area or Old they will take advantage of you and lie saying how much more expensive florida insurance is compared to other states i had to go to ms and get my things and just got back and been checking around because 620 dollars a month sounded high for a 2013 truck everyone in area is between 200 and 250 for exact same coverage !! They are Crooks !! I would hate to know how many elderly people they have taken advantage of ,, Absolutely Would NOT recommend them and hope someone checks them out for fraud !! I told them I wanted my money back and they told me I had to call corporate and of course I got put on hold twice forever waiting !!!

O went to renew my insurance and an issue that should have been resolved 6 months ago was never taken care of my Comparative. I attempted to call them only to find out the one person that could assist was gone to the hospital. Told to call back tomorrow morning. I'm am still on hold 15vmun. I'm writing the review while I wait. No one has even come back on the phone to say anythung... sorry was company.

Best experience at a Insurance agency I've been too yet, Trish is amazing!!!!!! And I love Diana in the Lizard juice booth They are very helpful and out going..

i been doing business for the past 5 years with them and im very happy with the customer service, they are very sweet when my daughters come with me when i am paying my bills
