Calling you people idiots is an understatement. You have someone who has NO CLUE about a policy I canceled 3 YEARS AGO that you still try charging me for and ask what date I want it canceled? SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I see a potential lawsuit coming your way. Now after they admit they screwed up they are trying to make me jump through hoops with paperwork they failed to produce 3 years ago. What is even better is I am not promised a full refund. This company is a ripoff!
