Homeowners insurance was transferred to this agency. Called, left messages to be contacted, ended up calling them back 3 days later to advise no information of transfer of insurance nor was there a policy received from them. Still pending receipt of the policy months later. Poor communication. Very uneasy about this company. If it takes several calls, poor communication and failure to do the little things, I hate to think if I really needed them just how AWFUL the service will continue to be !!! Not happy with this place

Genuine agents and staffs that truly cares about the clients. Always do exactly what they're supposed to do - acting on behalf of a client's best interests! Always have very competitive rates. Chic and cozy office, very homie and friendly feeling just like the people!

Worst customer service and care EVER!!! I have never received a call back from this place after several messages. Caused my home owners insurance policy to be canceled not once but twice!!! Completely incompetent!!!!!!!!!! WISH it would let me give ZERO STARS!!!!!
