I've spoken with Anthony several times when paying my bill by phone. He is polite, calm, knowledgeable. He is able to handle my questions quickly. My payment receipt was sent by email right after he processed it just as he said he would do. I appreciate working with the same insurance agent who does what he says he will do. I hope that I can continue to work with him next time. Also, Chris Hall & staff have been very competent in general & I'm thankful to be working with this company.
