I've been with State Farm for over two years (car and renters insurance), and it's been a great experience—largely thanks to the sales producer I always work with. Rafael has consistently been helpful, responsive, and attentive. He always takes the time to answer my questions and make sure my needs are met. If you're looking for a policy quote, I highly recommend asking for Rafael!

My daughter and I were recently involved an accident and thankfully there were no major injuries. I wanted to thank Deb for all of her help and kindness throughout the whole process. More people should be as personable and knowledgeable as she was. Everyone in that office are friendly and respectful. They are an awesome crew! Very poorly managed agency. They did not Cancel my Policy as instructed until nearly two months after I requested it. They (as a State Farm Agent) did nothing to help me get my overcharge Refund and after nearly 5 months of waiting, only received a fraction of what I should have been refunded. The office claims there is nothing they can do and "It's all at the Corporate level". The typical cop out/run around response. Staff does not seem to understand regulations of the policies they sell and, more importantly, good customer service. I am angry and disappointed.

It’s about time that I explain the multiple experiences I had with this office. Everyone I speak to treats with with dignity and respect. This is the office that has the home town vibe. I had a an experience a while back that was so stressful . I will never forget Carlos himself went to my home and made sure everything was being done. That’s when I knew this office knows how to keep a customers business. I wish I remembered the names of everyone I spoke to on the phone when I have questions, or just to pay a bill. One name does stand out to me Debbie. She is a sweetheart , takes the time to ensure your concern is addressed and speaks to you as if you were friends for decades. I won’t go anywhere where else for my insurance needs I found my needle in a haystack.

My state farm is absolutely incredible. My car was damaged by a hit and run and the process of getting it fixed has been as easy and pain-free as possible. Our agent was so upbeat and got everything lined up to take my car in within a couple of hours--I think I was slower than the insurance company was! It made me so grateful for our agent and insurance company. They are the best. Thank you again Stephanie!
