Capstone ISG

My name is moe Atieh and this guy Jason Haynes is a crook. I’ve been working with him on my insurance claim since may, and he kept asking for different things and different things. He claims he asked for everything that he JUST EMAILED ME week ago. They are shifty. Dishonest and a very rude guy. When I told him months ago. You know this kinda seems a little diffuclt and above my head think I’m going to hire a private adjuster, he did convince me to “save my money and not to do that” but he tells me that I “threatened him” with a private adjuster. How was that a threat I don’t know. But this man is absolutely thee most rude and unprofessional insurance related anything I’ve ever dealt with. And he’s now claiming he doesn’t work for this company either yet it has same address

Capstone ISG has been the sole obstacle in an insurance claim to repair a house after a septic tank overflow. Their adjustors are allowed to take weeks to get the proper paperwork put together, causing us a loss of rent/income on rental properties. They aren't registered with the BBB or else a complaint there would be long past warranted. Because of Capstone ISG, it's taken OVER 6 WEEKS to get an insurance payout for a job that other companies have covered within a few days. If your insurer uses Capstone, find another insurer.

Where do I begin?? This insurance claim has been a disaster. My Aunt is a 72 year old widow who is legally blind and has had this insurance company for years. Excessive rain damaged her roof and her ceiling came crashing down over her bed. Filed a claim well she needed a new roof well of course there's not enough to cover the whole cost of the roof not to mention the hole that is wide open in her room with the pink insulation falling all over the place intern sends my Aunt into a Asthma attack and puts her in the hospital. The company adjuster Derek Sparks is just awful, we been telling him the contractor has completed the roof and needs the rest of their payment and now we have more hoops to jump through. I've been trying to reach a desk adjuster for over 3 weeks. I believe his name is Adam Benefield. He doesn't pick up his phone or respond to multiple voice mails, but neither does the operator or his supervisor. If my insurance is partnered with capstone, I will be shopping for a new insurance company. This place is a joke.
