My review is now 1 star since I have deducted a star for every poor interaction with this company, and I unfortunately still have ongoing business with them, and can't give negative stars. I'm attempting to cancel a home insurance policy for my Mother whom has passed away. When attempting to cancel the policy, I am told I need to provide paperwork that is no longer provided by the title company (HUD Settlement), when asked what I can provide in it's place, I'm simply told I have to prove the house was sold without any other description in an attitude as if I'm supposed to know what they require. The attitude is really what gets me - I'm cancelling my deceased Mother's policy, how about showing a little empathy? (And no, I'm not providing any documentation that shows financial informati
