Customer beware! I was sold a homeowner plan that included auto, the agent, Elizabeth, did not include the auto insurance in the quote. After I canceled my original policy, I found out the combined total of homeowners and auto was more than what I was paying with my original insurance. They remove the auto and Brown and Brown canceled my entire policy. One representative after another lied about the facts of why my policy is canceling. Do not fall for unethical practices from these agents. You will be sorry when it’s too late.

I have been with this company via Nationwide since I was 16 years old for car insurance. They neglect to call you when they cancel your term life policy so after 20 plus years that money IS GONE! NOW MY CAR INSURANCE POLICY IS BEUNG CANCELED BECAUSE OF 2 HORRIFIC CAR ACCIDENTS ONE OF WHICH COULD HAVE KILLED MY SON. AND WHEN YOU CALL TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY OR CARE FOR A CUSTOMER OF 26 YEARS AND BASICALLY COLDLY TELL YOU SORRY BUT GO ELSEWHERE. HOPEFULLY THIS POST REACHES PEOPLE TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS THIS COMPANY DOES AND WHO THEY CARE ABOUT BECAUSE BOTTOM LINE ITS NOT THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS! Their fees are just too high. I had better luck doing research and finding my own home and vehicle insurance.

Just can't understanding why my bill is so high. The way I see it Nationwide is not on myside or anybody's side prime example, I found out from my fiancée about a discount that I thought Nationwide would have told me about. The Nationwide smart ride app, that saved me $42.50 just for signing up in the first month using the app, and in 6 months I am looking at a 40% discount. And from the mail I received yesterday with my truck and motorcycle my new monthly bill is $178. So that’s telling me I have been overpaying $69.55 a month for no reason. Which times 12 is $834.60 a year. So that just shows me that they don’t want people to know the discounts and seeing that I have been a loyal customer for 28 years, a good diving record, and have not made a claim in like 15 years I would be getti

I was with this office for 15 years. Started with Elizabeth or Tracy, but service started sliding downhill until they just didn't care anymore about the customer! Yearly, my policy rose, and I called, and it would be adjusted. Last renewal policy up almost $700. not even willing to help me. So long!!! Saved myself tons of money by switching! Thank you for terrible service! Did me a huge favor. Wasn't just the years of poor service! Never even had the right RV registered for insurance! That's obscene and paid for a sold Rv to have insurance!
