Debbie was our agent, house was at risk of not closing because paperwork was not sent after many requests. 2 months after closing we received a refund check stating we were terminated. There wasn't any communication from our agent. When I phoned her she said she would get back to me in a couple of days. Unacceptable, poor customer service. I called People's Trust myself the same day and was told my paperwork was not completed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Don't bother, Debbie doesn't answer or help you once you are signed up she's out and doesn't reply to email, good luck talking to outsourced call centers for any help on your policy from there.

Worked with the same agent for years, Debbie. She has always been on top of all my needs and responds quickly to calls and email. Very happy with this company!
