Brian is outstanding. About a year and a half ago, I was in the final hours of purchasing a condo in Shell Beach and couldn’t find an insurance company willing to write a policy. Brian spent plenty of time explaining not just my cost options, but exactly what my insurance covered. I’m not a huge policy customer but he made me feel like my needs were important. Mark was SO incredibly patient even though it seemed like everyday for a week I was making some sort of change to our policy... add a car, add a bike, change the coverage, etc etc. I really made that guy work for his new business commission.
