There are price increases without any explanation during renewals. Overall we like the service from our agent and his office but whenever you're trying to call the Allstate general number they give you the AI run around. If you have an accident after business hours, there's nobody to speak with, Allstate doesn't answer the phone it just has endless meaningless recordings. If your agent is closed, then you're out of luck. Allstate is over streamlined and under services clients.

Insurance is so complicated especially with moving from out of state and being new to Florida. I was referred to Eden and I can clearly see why!! I sent her my previous policy not only did she match me the coverages, but then sent me an additional quote saying what she advised as an insurance expert. When we spoke on the phone she made me understand why that policy made more sense even though it was more expensive I will definitely be going with her, because she cared enough to teach me about my decision. Worked with Kristen Koumbis on our HO policy and although the rate had gone up, we got what we thought was reasonable considering the circumstances in Florida. Additionally she was able to bundle our auto policy at a good rate as well. Kristen was great to work with and very responsive. She is highly recommended!
