I am a longtime State Farm customer and find their cusomer service to be excellent as a rule—but Pacey in Brent Mathany’s office deserves a special award: he put in hours of research to determine that we did not _need_ a new policy. It was my mistake but he bore in with good grace. I would work with him again.

Pacey is amazing! Not only did he get me much lower rates than what I was paying with Progressive, but he was more than accommodating otherwise. I'm hearing impaired and do not do well hearing on the phone, and he allowed us to communicate through all written correspondence. He was responsive and showed the utmost professionalism. I cannot stress enough, if you're looking for insurance, give this guy a call!
