Brad McKell - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tried to switch agents to Brad's office, went through the process outlined by Judy who was very nice and quite helpful. Ten days roll by and I'm still with my old agent even though the process should only take 3-5, I called in and was informed a few hours later by Brad that he's a small office and not taking on new customers which is a bummer. Only dropping two stars for the lack of communication leading to two weeks of wasted time which seems fair. Otherwise they seem like a great office and are protective of their workload to ensure adequate service to their clients which is how it should be.

I like brad, but I like brads work ethic more 5/5, 2 thumbs up, gold stars etc.

Love Judy! She is very personable and is quick to answer any questions I may have. I have used Brad McKell since I turned 16 and every so often I will call around and get quotes but State Farm always has them beat!

Judy is the best, kindest, and hardworking person I know. We have been insured by Brad for over 20 years, had a few accidents, unfortunately, and Judy has been so helpful with anything we need.
