Kristopher Long was outstanding to work with on our Auto-Owners homeowner’s insurance claim. He handled both the mitigation and restoration portions quickly and professionally. I had my main water line crack right before entering into my home. Unfortunately, there was some water damage done to a basement bedroom. This is my first time working with any homeowners insurance company in filing a claim, so I didn’t know what to expect. Auto-Owners Insurance was wonderful to work with. My agent, Brandon Gonzales, was amazing. He was quick to respond, quick in coming out to my home to assess the damage and made the whole process so much easier. Payment was especially prompt. The day I showed him the completed project photos, he initiated the payment process for the final funds to be transferred. Everything went smoothly and I was able to get all of it fixed and paid for in a timely manner. Auto-Owners Insurance, especially Brandon, were a pleasure to work with!

Brooklyn was amazing. She handled everything for me so that I didn't have to be stressed after being in an accident. She went up against terrible state farm and made them pay what they needed to much quicker than I would have been able to (if I could have even pulled that off at all). She and her office were excellent to work with. I called them immediately after my accident and their office person helped me feel better after my accident which is difficult to do. Thank you, everyone!

This office, and in particular Kristi, have been incredible to work with! We had an accident with injuries and all of our claims were paid quickly and easily. I was so grateful we didn't have to "fight" to have things covered. Would definitely recommend this group to everyone!!!
