We have been with Bobby Choi at Allstate Insurance for quite some time. Our questions have always been answered quickly and efficiently. Today, Savanna did an amazing job with removing an old vehicle and adding a new one and sending new cards by email in a flash!

Bobby Choi Allstate Insurance has given me a wonderful and pleasant experience. I was able to update my current auto policy and add rental insurance and the agent, Ms. Taylor, was an expert and worked with me to get a lower total rate for both. This was all done by phone appointment. She was so thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Before my appointment with her I was becoming somewhat frustrated with Allstate because customer service did not provide any support when I called them to talk about my policy. Ms. Taylor walked me through everything, explained it all in detail, answered all my questions, and ensured I got the policies I needed. We even had a few laughs. Just wanted my new rate .Never got it,man named Will is sub par worker .After 5 times i called, got jerked around . Closed my account on. July 22 pulled my auto pay off . Now they try to get money out of my account . After i called asking why and who aproved it. I got I Dont Know. The owner bobby seems to care .But some of people under him need to go. Go someplace else or take your chance here .Deal with owner only.
