I have been with Bill Wright's office since 1996. When my apartment burnt down, they were so wonderful and easy to deal with. I couldn't imagine going through that without Bill and State Farms' wonderful claims department, located off of Lynnhaven Parkway. Everyone in Bill's office I have ever dealt with has been professional and polite.

Spoke to Rich today because of a few problems with my insurance. He could not have been more condescending. After letting me know that the 15 year old truck I called several months back to insure for LIABILITY ONLY had NEVER been changed to liability, he then claimed that I had never called them to make that change. The website was never correct with the group total of my insurance. I would call and usually a friendly young lady would help me and understood that it was the incorrect total, thus explaining to me I only owed 2/3 of what the website claimed. He continued to take control over the conversation and asking me questions I had just asked him. Whatever.
