Dont have this insurance agency but had them mess up a claim so bad they told my employer that they were going to take my license away. Absolutely unprofessional and avoid this agency at all costs. Claim was paid in full months prior.

Went here on June 30 at 420 it was a big lady at the desk with no customers she rudely stated that they close at 5 and she don't have time to assist me and to come back Monday. Like ma'am you literally have 40mins before its 5pm. After an unwanted welcome I just took my business to geico. Great customer service is the key to keeping a business but guess some people don't care.

They keep sending me junk mail after requests to be removed from their mailing list. If a company doesn't respect a simple request like "please stop sending me junk mail", why work with them?
