Clearly have major issues making schedules appointments and keeping their word, disappointing. Most people are better off getting a policy with their bank at least you can receive money from them for a great deal practically a steal.
Bought a supplementary plan in 2007 for cancer. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer in 2023. I have been unable to collect for any of my covered services in my policy. Unable to speak with a claims person, I just get generic letters that are so vague they don't really say anything expect my claim has been denied. And when I call customer service a representatives just reads the generic letters. Supervisors never call back. Don't get any policy from Bankers life because they never pay out!!
These people are the worst. Yhe employee they had left cause of the way they treated him. And now they are treating the customers bad cause they cannot figure out what to do when you call and asked questions. They charge me when ever they feel like it.
I have had the best experience with Bankers Life. Best decision I made was to work with Donny and Tamara. I was very lucky they reached out to me. I cannot say enough. Wonderful in every way! Give them a call. =)
The agents I spoke to were very knowledgeable and more importantly very helpful to my specific situation. I can not thank them enough for their help
