Kathy was professional, responsive, and thorough in preparing my insurance quote. She took the time to explain options clearly and made the process easy to navigate. Although I ultimately chose another insurer, I truly appreciated her effort and the quality of service she provided.

I contacted Ball Insurance to get a quote when I was closing on my house in Midlothian. I then decided to go with Selective. They sent an inspector from Selective to inspect my home and mind you it was already inspected prior to closing, We are still trying to get settled boxes everywhere and their persistence in making an appointment when your house is in a disarray from moving into the home was a complete and utter inconvenience. The inspector then measures my sq footage wrong and indicated it was more sq footage than what the county record says as well as having architectural drawings to validate. As a result Selective sent me a bill for nearly 6 hundred dollars more. The inspector would not come and remeasure so as a result I canceled on July 15, 2025 and as of today August 20, 2025 I
