From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine warmth, patience, and care that went far beyond what anyone would expect from an insurance office. Jordan truly went above and beyond in every sense of the word. He took the time to help me work through issues with my State Farm app and assisted with several other matters, never once making me feel rushed or dismissed.
