Jim Bonfitto is a truly accomplished professional and, a genuinely nice person to work with. Jim is never too busy to answer questions, whether it be a quick email or stopping into his office. If any changes need to be made to a policy, he acts immediately to do what is necessary. Five Stars are very well deserved Jim.

Jim was an agent of mine for 2 condos and a auto for several years. When I recently purchased a beachfront condo on the east coast of Florida, I was looking to insure it and due to the Surfside collapse I was doing a lot of research on different policies. Although I found Jim to be a capable agent, he lost his patience with me as I asked more questions about two different companies and aspects of their policies. In turn I lost my patience with him, reminded him that I was the customer, and transferred all of my policies to another firm.

This company is horrible. No full disclosure on policy terms. Cost us $4000 to switch to an insurance company that gave us a $12000 better rate for the year. It may have been in the small print on page 321 but definitely not clear at the time of getting the insurance.

Jim did an amazing job on our condo policy. We had completed installation of hurricane shutters and he got us a nice refund on our premium. Very professional and quick to respond.

Jim Bonfitto is excellent to work with. He answers his phones, replies quickly, and is unique with problem solving. I highly recommend working with him and his firm.
