Allstate Insurance: James Burk

What a horrible experience I have had with this location. They bait and switched me on my flood insurance and I still have not received my money back from that. They told me it was going to be $503 for my flood insurance for my new home so I paid it and then two weeks later I get a call back from them saying that "their computer messed up" and it was going to be an additional $900. Curt told me later that he put in my rental house information on accident and apologized but I told him I understand however his apology doesn't help give me my money back and he got aggressive with me. So I cancelled on that but I still haven't gotten my money back from them and it has been months now since I paid. They said they called Fema and gave them my email but I haven't heard anything from them yet. I k

Basically Ronnie who sounds like a middle aged white women was extremely rude not helpful I had to go to Rockwall to start my insurance policy. Maybe this is an isolated incident but she just gives the business a bad name I hope she learns how to act in the workplace

I called to get a quote for auto insurance a old lady answered the phone she said she was busy and would call me right back she took so long I found another insurance company which I'm glad I did they sent my a letter a week later talking about a credit check.

The company in general is awful, this location is nice depending on who u deal with
