I had a pleasant experience at this State Farm location. Maria G. was very helpful understanding, and went over different topics with me and my insurance.She went over a quote that she recieved from Graylan and even added different policies that my previous insurance did not have. If you are looking for different and reasonable insurance options, I would recommend giving this State Farm location and chance as they have a variety of good options for your insurance needs.
Joann is a great asset to the company. She assisted with all my needs and made sure to give all possible scenarios on discounts and savings. Must say this branch is definitely top tier. I also will say with dealing with an insurance company State Farm has been the best.
Jose Beltrán with ERO construction/Xtreme Air services replaced my parents Roof. Jose is a great guy, with great people skills and work ethic. He explained the whole roofing process, took his time listening to my dad and worked with my Dad on pricing due to having to pay out of pocket since State Farm (Graylan Dabney, Carlos Martinez: inspector, Terrell location) denied my Dad's claim for wind and hail damage; my Dad's been with StateFarm for almost 14yrs never missed a payment, but they are quick to use any excuse to not to pay. Even after Jose provided a ridiculous amount of evidence showing otherwise.
I get walked through all options they offer to try to get me the best rates. Maria Garcia has always been very helpful and is easy to reach for any questions or potential upcoming quotes. Satisfied customer here. 🙋🏽♂️
