Allstate Insurance

I started an renters insurance account. When I got the mail to make payment it said payment needs to be made by 8/10 to avoid cancelation. I attempt to process payment 8/05 but it stated Policy canceled. I called and spoke with an unlicensed agent who stated she saw the same letter but not sure why it was already canceled. I was transferred to a licensed agent who said the underwriting team canceled it due to I didn't have auto insurance. All in the same day as Policy started. I was NEVER contacted, call, text, email etc. They processed a payment then refunded me half back because I didn't owe that amount just to have the amount processed come back as a return. I understand I am responsible for having the funds available but if it's not the amount I owed then why continue to charge me a re
