I was unable to travel to Hawaii due to the FAA grounding of the Max 9 aircrafts. My airline refunded the flights, but Allianz refused, saying that was not a covered reason for cancelation insurance. I lost $2600 for my accommodations. I spent so much time and phone calls to them. They were extremely rude and uncaring. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
