We were reviewing our choices for homeowners and auto insurance. We do this every few years to make sure we are getting a good deal. A couple days after the call, we found out that Allstate had put both policies into place, taking the homeowners insurance out of our escrow the same day. We contacted them and told them to refund the money, that we had not agreed to this. That was the end of February, it is now April 15th, and we are still waiting for the money refunded.

My roof flooded. Once reported, the issues were addressed quickly. The restoration contractor arrived almost immediately to begin the drying out process. The adjuster visited and clearly explained the what, why, and how of everything. I’m very pleased with the process and the results.
