I spoke with Taylor. This girl went above and beyond for me and even managed to find a better deal with more perks for cheaper than what I was paying with my current insurance. She did not get frustrated from my questions and explored my options with me until I found the right plan. She was definitely patient with me as I was literally done that day mentally from working. Bought the new insurance right then and there. Highly recommend asking for her she is awesome 😎

I"m not happy with this agency and their professionalism on how they have handled my policy, You get the run around and all their 800 numbers route you back to the agency. You will never get anything resolved. I would suggest NOT doing any business with them or any other agent from Allstate.
