We've had a great experience and couldn't be happier with State Farm and Alan Horne Agency. We contacted Lori to get a quote on our home and auto for 2026. I would like to thank Alan Horne and Brock Jones at State Farm in Jasper GA for all their help with the flooding in my home. We had a lot of rain Saturday and I have a mostly underground home and it flooded. Unfortunately, I didn't have flood insurance because I don't live in an area that floods so this damage wasn't covered under my policy. Having said that, Alan and Brock went above and beyond to help me get a restoration company out within an hour. Alan and Brock stayed in touch with me the entire time I was dealing with the stress and was there to help with anything they could.
