Tried calling and got hung up on 3 times. Selected the option that I already have a policy and they just hang up without warning. Second time got someone who told me this isn’t new enrollment and disconnected before I could explain to him that I didn’t select open enrollment and could he please transfer me. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. Rude.
Having two knees replaced and they only will cover one. The one they cover is by far the better of the two. No reason or explanation of why the other isn’t covered. Countless hours of their automated appeal process that is unable to answer any questions. I see why they have the lowest reviews possible.
This has to be a scam. I got billed for my first annual and my womanly check up . Even the lady’s in the office told me to RUN from this insurance. The initial visit was 450$ and I still got a 380$ bill. And I’m paying soooo much for just myself
Called to ask why they did not pay a single dollar for a Urgent Care visit and they told me they don't pay towards medical visits until I reach my deductible of $2,500. So I'm paying them monthly AND $2,500 before they kick in. She told me they didn't pay since I had only paid $500 out of pock for the year. I'll never meet that $2,500 minimum because I don't go to the Dr that much. She told me my company should have told me about this policy and that she can't do anything about it. Why am I paying them monthly to just pay for everything out of pocket anyway...? So stupid. I will never go through this insurance company.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Equivalent to not having insurance at all. I had a covered dental bill on a reimbursement plan requiring me to pay then seek reimbursement. Did that. Dentist is a fraud & also billed Aetna. So even though Aetna had my receipt & forms they opted to pay dentist & inform me I have to get the money from the dentist for their error (over $1000)!!! They won’t put it in writing. GRRRR!!!! PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’M TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW OF THIS AWFUL & ridiculous experience. And dropping them like a rock
