By far the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. There is a complete lack of transparency, a lack of knowledge, and a lack of empathy throughout the entire process. The preauthorization system for prescriptions is a joke, and the individuals reviewing cases clearly do not understand how to read medical records. My doctor submitted all required documentation, yet the prescription was still denied a decision that shows a total misunderstanding of the medication and the medical need behind it.

I’ve been waiting for a MasterCard ever since November 11, 2025. They claimed that they had mailed it out three times not one have reached me yet. They blame the mailman, but the mailman have delivered all the mail that happened. Been expecting us there.

I’ve been trying to get my meds since Thursday. Even my pharmacist called. I think there was a mistake due to their error with my coordination of benefits. If you don’t want me to have my medicine after I got my ear flushed just say so. There needs to be more oversight with some of these insurance companies.

Good luck getting prescriptions filled when you need them the most. I have a valid prescription, insurance benefits with prescription coverage and cannot get a simple prescription filled in a timely fashion. Aetna sucks. If you have the chance of electing your own Insurance provider select someone else. I will complain to my employer as well.

Worst health insurance company. I mean they are all pretty bad, but this one doesn’t cover anything my doctor refers me to. I spend almost 1,500$ a month to just get treated like absolute trash.
