Honestly, I don't have a good experience with acrisure. The last time I interacted with them I paid a month of insurance as usual and two days later,I received a letter from DMV that my policy was canceled I asked for a refund since April 2025 Until now February 2026 No body was able to give me an explanation where is my money Where my refund went. I went to the main office so many time and I talked to so many people The problem is unsolved. There is a guy name IAN who was the broker agent who I contacted when I first started with this insurance Even him has no a convincing explanation where is my refund. I don't recommend this insurance to anyone If you don't want to be in trouble.
Abbie Morrison and Bender are the best!! Cannot say enough good things about them!
Never returned phone calls so went rhere and they were closed
