Very unprofessional customer service representative. Was told 3 times not interested, but thank you for calling finally had to hang up on them “, because I have a customer in front of me. Then your representative leaves a negative 1 star review stating “Extremely Rude!!!” I’m sorry that you can’t take “NO” for an answer. FYI EDUCATE YOUR STAFF THAT NO, NOT INTERESTED AND NO THANK YOU, DOESN’T MAKE SOMEONE RUDE.
Tragic worst decision you can make getting insured by this poor excuse of a company.
