Sent in info friday to Candy who left early. Didn't hear from her so I called the office Tuesday around 3 oclock and she left early again. I email her Wednesday and finally get a response saying she will let me know more once she has a quote and here we are Thursday at 5:30 with no response.... i should not have to call twice and send an email follow up. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

Awful experience with Eddie Zarahn Insurance Agency at the Hampton Condominium. Eddie consistently harassed me throughout my stay, showing up for inspections without notice and invading my privacy. Parking is a nightmare, and he would complain to me about it nearly every day. He also constantly wrote and called at all hours, making it impossible to relax. He even tried to evict me over a noise disturbance, but the eviction was overturned by the judge since the issue had already been fixed. Completely unprofessional—avoid renting from him at all costs.”

Diane Finn is AMAZING! She is always quick to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better agent. I’d also like to mention Penny Fay as well. If you need condo insurance, she’s the person you want helping you!
